Diane spent more than 25 years providing strategic financial leadership to organizations before joining Garlock as Chief Financial Officer. With a strong background in private equity held businesses, Diane is accomplished at building and leading finance and human resource teams that support growth, improve profitability and are successful in M&A. Diane is constantly working to improve financial processes and controls to increase efficiency plus ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory controls. Diane loves Garlock’s dedicated employees and the organization’s goal-oriented philosophy. She also appreciates the way the leadership team engages each employee to align their individual goals with Garlock’s common mission, vision, and purpose.
