Mike has worked about every area of flexible printing, serving Garlock for nearly three decades. Mike started as a Packer then became Machine Operator, before advancing to Platemaker and Supervisor, then to the Customer Service desk, Estimator, Flexible Packaging Coordinator, Sales and Service Coordinator, next Quality Assurance Manager and, presently, Director of Operations - Gardner. Mike knows his craft. Whenever a flexible packaging challenge requires custom engineering, or a customer need seems impossible, he is a key part of the solution. Recognizing the potential for innovation and championing its execution, Mike seeks new ways to delight customers while valuing the teams that make them happen. To Mike, Garlock is not just a workplace, it is a second home.
