Shami has spent more than 20 years in the packaging industry leading teams in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and the Middle East. Fifteen of those years were with organizations various stages of M&A and turnaround processes.

Shami’s international experiences makes him especially adept at analyzing global supply chain vulnerabilities and mastering the strategic steps crucial to re-risking these supply chains. He enjoys mapping out risk mitigation strategies and prizes the support Garlock leadership extends him to implement these strategies.
