Quentin spent more than 26 years building and leading high-performing human resources teams before joining Garlock as Chief People Officer. He is an experienced executive and business partner with a strong track record of delivering excellent results. Having graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Quentin served as Platoon Leader in the Army’s First Cavalry Division during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. He is passionate about leadership development and believes strongly that the #1 responsibility of a leader is to build a high-performing team.
