With more than 40 years of experience in the packaging industry, Tom has served in a variety of roles in Operations, Sales, Marketing and General Management. He has developed a deep understanding of wide web flexographic printing, blown film extrusion, extrusion lamination, laser perforation, pouch making, and rigid bottle manufacturing. Tom is renowned for his ability to build organizations that deliver market-leading service, quality, and value. He’s also revered for his ability to see potential in people and develop them for roles in sales and operations.
